Due to the custom nature of your order, Andre’s accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake or if there is a manufacturer’s defect. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice.
Our average turn around time is 10-14 days once your artwork has been approved. Turn around time may vary depending on the season. At times we are able to accommodate a Rush order, please inquire. Additional charges may apply to rush orders.
For screen printing we prefer 10 piece minimum. We can print less than that, but it is definitely can be cost-prohibitive. Please contact us directly about orders smaller than 10 pieces to discuss your options. There is no minimum for embroidery orders.
For the purposes of embroidery, we prefer a JPG at 300dpi or PDF. We can also accept EPS and Vector Art file formats.

For the purposes of screen printing, we prefer a Vector Art files such as Adobe Illustrator, JPG at 300dpi, or PDF.

For purposes of engraving, we prefer EPS or Corel Draw file format.
A set-up fee is a one-time fee charged to set up screens for screen printing or a computer file to for embroidery. Most items will require a one-time set-up fee, as long as what you are printing or embroidering doesn't change if you request more items.
Screen printing is priced in the following way:
• Number of garments being printed is by far the most important criteria
• Number of colors
• Number of locations on the shirt
• Number of screens required to print the garment

Embroidery pricing is tied to the number of stitches. A garment of 3,000 stitches is going to take much less time on the embroidery machine then a design of 50,000 stitches. Pricing is also dependent on the number of garments embroidered. Colors are not normally a pricing factor.
A set-up fee is a one-time fee charged to set up screens for screen printing or a computer file to tell the embroidery machines what to do for embroidery. Most items will require a set-up fee. For screen printing this is to develop the film screens used in the printing process. For embroidery, this is payment for the time it takes to digitize your logo, which means to put it in a format that the embroidery machine can read.
